Where we ship

We deliver to Ireland, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Denmark, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal and Poland. Countries not on this list are not available at checkout.

Where your order ships from

Orders are dispatched from our fulfilment centre in Hoofddorp, the Netherlands (Expandly 3PL, Rijnlanderweg 766 Unit H, 2132 NM). Goods are imported into the Netherlands and released into free circulation before they reach you, so every EU delivery is a domestic or intra-EU shipment — never an import in your name.

Shipping is free

We do not charge for delivery to any of the countries listed above, whatever the size of your order.

We will deliver within 30 days of your order at the latest. If we cannot, you may cancel and receive a full refund — see clause 5 of our Terms of Sale.

Taxes and duties

Prices include VAT at the rate of your delivery country — 21% in the Netherlands, 19% in Germany, 23% in Ireland, and so on. For deliveries within the European Union all duties and import taxes are settled by us before the parcel reaches you: there is nothing to pay on delivery.

All eleven destinations are inside the EU, so no import charges arise for you on any order.

Carrier and tracking

We use several carriers, most often UPS and GLS, and choose the one best suited to your order and destination. When your order is dispatched we email you the name of the carrier and a tracking link.

If something goes wrong

If your parcel is damaged on arrival, or does not arrive, contact info@cedarplanters.nl. Until you have the goods in your hands, the risk is ours: we will resend or refund. You do not need to refuse the delivery or make a claim with the carrier yourself.
